PDNET alwasy puts customers' safety first, especially during the coronavirus pandemic

PDNET’s Coronavirus Response

PDNET is here to help if you have been financially impacted by the coronavirus.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties and know or think you will struggle to make your next loan repayment, please contact us at 020 3006 6977, or email client-service@paydayloansnet.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you. We may be able to offer you a payment deferral for one month to ease your financial burden.

This payment deferral will not negatively affect your credit file or incur additional charges, as long as you repay it on the following month’s due date as per the agreement. If you cannot repay the deferred instalment the following month, please let us know as soon as possible so we can examine other options that may fit your circumstances. Please note any ongoing payment arrangement after the deferred due date may incur additional costs and adversely affect your credit file.

COVID-19 Business Operations

Please be advised that we have slightly altered our opening hours due to the pandemic. We are now open Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM. We will ensure to process any requests we receive during these hours.

At PDNET, our customers’ safety is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in the UK, and we are here to support our customers during this challenging time. We understand your concerns both for your physical health and financial stability as the virus continues spreading in the UK. We are committed to helping you during this crisis.

Safety is our priority, and we encourage all our customers to limit in-person interactions to prevent potential exposure to the coronavirus. All of our online services will be available as usual. Customers will be able to apply for PDNET loans entirely online or using our Money on Demand app. You can also login to your account from any device to easily manage your loan.

If your income has been reduced or your expenses have risen due to coronavirus, we do not recommend borrowing short term online loans. Instead, we advise you to seek help from the government and other help trusts during this challenging time.
