We may be able to offer you a payment deferral for one month to ease your financial burden.
This payment deferral will not negatively affect your credit file or incur additional charges, as long as you repay it on the following month’s due date as per the agreement. If you cannot repay the deferred instalment the following month, please let us know as soon as possible so we can examine other options that may fit your circumstances. Please note any ongoing payment arrangement after the deferred due date may incur additional costs and adversely affect your credit file.
